Telco Wireless Fulfillment Customer Support (ITD-0346123)
(Selangor - Cyberjaya)
Responsibilities:
  • Submit and handling orders information (all type of mobile devices such as PDA,Blackberry and all mobile related accessories) and transcribed into Telco Provider ordering systems (via ordering portal,email or telephone).
  • Submits new orders to the carrier (Telco Provider) via portal, email, telephone in a timely manner and updates the order status in Fulfillment portal.
  • Ability to manage a queue of orders to ensure they are submitted and completed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Resolve Telco provider questions with end user (pricing discrepancies, inventory availability challenges).
  • Gather completion information from Telco provider and update fulfillment portal with required fields (mobile number, tracking number, etc.).
  • Engage Telco Provider for completion information when not provided.
  • Resolve Telco issues preventing orders from being completed.
  • Validate order quality (100% of orders) after carrier submission.
  • Performs the quality assurance on the submitted orders and resolve the issue if required
  • Co-ordinates with the user via telephone and email to resolve pricing discrepancies, inventory availability challenges
  • Cancels the order if the order cannot be submitted to the carrier as it needs more information and the user does not provide support
  • Co-ordinates with the carrier for order completion information
  • Updates the Fulfillment portal with order completion information
  • Co-ordinates the order problem, if required with the following support teams for proper resolution.
  • Escalating point of contact (client, carrier, internal) if required.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks against service level agreements and strong experience in data/order entry.
  • A new line of service resulting in a new phone number.
  • Transfer an existing service from a personal/individual-liable plan to a corporate-billed plan.
  • A new device and/or plan for an existing service.
  • Change rate plan features for an existing service.
  • Transfer existing service from one device to another.
  • Transfer a service number from a corporate-liable plan to an personal/individual-liable plan.
  • Permanently disable service for a specific number.
  • Transfer service to another carrier.
  • Temporarily disable service for a specific service number.
  • Enable a service that is suspended.
  • An accessory-only.
  • Desire to learn and improve existing processes

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Computing/ Engineering in Telecommunication, Business Administration, Corporate Communication or related.
  • Preferable those candidates who have worked in Telecommunication industry
  • Must have experience in Telco's (Mobile) ordering systems process and knowledge in mobile devices. Strong experience in data/order entry. Able to set priorities and adhere to SLAs.
  • Required language(s): Fluent in English both written and spoken.
  • Good communication, team leadership, able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Problem Solving Skills.
  • Must be willing and able to work at Cyberjaya.
  • Must be willing to work by observing Canada & US Time Zone. .
