IT Manager (Supply Chain)
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- To be involved in system implementation projects and to support daily IT operation issues.
- Responsible for ensuring high availability of WMS Warehouse Management System) and to deliver the resolution within SLA.
- Capable of chairing project meetings to present status to the senior project committee precisely.
- Leverage group supply chain initiatives to bring value to the business.
- Deal with vendors to bring value to the business and the negotiation is always for the interest of the company.
- Capable of managing multiple projects and setting priorities to execute with excellence to meet deadlines.
- Ensure the documents of project management are prepared adequately and adhere to Dairy Farm PMI standards.
- Effective communication skills (oral and written) with excellent presentation ability.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience in IT project management and 5 years’ exposure in a managerial role.
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT related courses and/or have relevant experience in Information Technology service delivery.
- Candidate must have solid working experience in the warehouse & logistic industry and a retail domain.
- Good analytical skills, highly committed to deadlines and able to work under pressure to deliver quality software.
- To visit the warehouse on a weekly basis to share the improvement plan.
- Knowledge of SAP IS Retail ECC 6.0 or other world class merchandising value added packages.
- Be prepared to work in a high-pressure environment and be fully responsible for communicating with users on status updates.
- Preferably to have exposures in GST implementation projects.
- Passion in exploring new technologies and to recommend best industry practices/processes to smoothen operations
- Able to work/standby after office hours.
IT Developer
Responsibilities:
- To write clean, well engineered codes that are readable, adequate and adhere to standards.
- Review Functional Designs for technical feasibility.
- Create/Update Technical Specs based on Functional Designs.
- Create/Update enhancements, reports, interfaces, objects & forms.
- Develop detailed unit test conditions and unit test plans, utilising project templates.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Application Development Manager and IT Director.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
- Must have minimum 5 years’ experience in application development.
- Must be able to work without supervision.
- Highly committed and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent and effective communication skills (oral & written).
- Good analytical ability with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Working experience in the retail industry would be an added advantage.
Programming Skills: Java
- Possess software development under IntelliJ IDEA 6.0/Eclipse, Jdk1.5.0 & Apache Tomcat 5.0.28.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL database version 8.1.4 is required.
- Linux CentOS & shell scripting experience will be an added advantage.

SAP Business Analyst (Retail)

- Develop system integration test plan.
- Conduct integration tests and conduct Post Implementation Review.
- Maintain System Documentations.
- Perform other tasks and duties as delegated by the superior.
Requirements:
- Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent. The candidate should have not less than 3 years’ cross module integration experience with MM, SD.
- Should be capable of gathering business requirements.
- Building & reviewing business and technical documentation.
- Documenting functional requirements, making configuration settings.
- Working with users and developers, providing support to customer service organisations by supporting business requirements.
- A reasonable understanding of ABAP is a plus.

- Develop documents to comply with company PMI standards to meet audit requirements.
Requirements:
- Degree in IT related courses and/ or relevant experience in Information Technology service delivery.
- Hands-on experience in Warehouse and Logistic System support is a must.
- At least 5 years’ IT working experience.
